Stereolab Announces First Album in 15 Years, Drops New Single and Video

Stereolab has officially announced their first album in 15 years, titled 'Instant Holograms on Metal Film,' to be released on May 23, 2025.
The album will feature contributions from guest musicians including Cooper Crain, Rob Frye, and Ben LaMar Gay, among others.
The band debuted their new single 'Aerial Troubles' today, accompanied by a hallucinatory video directed by Laurent Askienazy.
Stereolab has confirmed an extensive international tour, with dates spanning Europe, North America, and the UK from May to December 2025.
Earlier this month, the band teased their return by sending mysterious vinyl singles labeled 'Unsolicited Stereolab Material' to fans, hinting at new music.
