Stephanie Vaquer Says WWE Became Her Family Ahead of Wrestlepalooza Title Bout With IYO SKY

The Raw newcomer describes leaning on the company’s support after relocating to the United States.

Vaquer, the first Chilean-born WWE Superstar, signed with the company in July 2024 and is currently on the Raw roster.
She is set to face IYO SKY for the vacated Women’s World Championship at Wrestlepalooza today.
Speaking ahead of the event, Vaquer said the transition to America has been difficult but that colleagues in WWE help her daily.
She previously recounted an unsuccessful 2018 WWE tryout and later championship runs in CMLL and New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Wrestlepalooza marks WWE’s first event on ESPN’s direct-to-consumer platform, with Fightful providing live coverage.
