Stellar Blade Developer Gifts Employees PS5 Pros and Bonuses

Shift Up celebrates its success by rewarding employees with next-gen consoles and $3,400 bonuses to encourage talent.

Shift Up, the developer of Stellar Blade, gifted each of its approximately 300 employees a PS5 Pro during a New Year's company event in Seoul.
Employees also received a cash bonus of 5 million South Korean won, equivalent to roughly $3,400 USD, as part of the rewards.
The bonuses were aimed at encouraging talent within the company, according to a representative speaking to South Korean publication Naver.
Stellar Blade, released for PS5 in 2024, has sold over 1 million copies, with a PC version reportedly being considered for release in 2025.
Shift Up achieved South Korea’s largest video game IPO in three years in 2024, raising $320 million to expand its game portfolio.
