Overview

• Kenyatta Henry, 26, was killed at the Phoenix Mini Mart around 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 7, and his brother was shot in the arm and treated at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital.
• An arrest warrant charges 23-year-old Quadir Rameau with first-degree murder, aggravated assault, and firearms offenses, and he remains at large.
• Police from about 10 agencies responded, recovered several 9 mm casings at the scene, and later reported finding 9 mm ammunition during a search of Rameau’s home.
• Court documents say video shows a man firing a dark-colored handgun at the brothers, and the wounded brother told police he knew Rameau.
