- Nick Park drove a steam train carrying the first batch of Gromit sculptures into the city’s harbourside as preparations ramp up.
- Sir Paul McCartney’s Yellow Submarine sculpture arrived alongside designs inspired by Vengeance Most Fowl and created with Roald Dahl, DreamWorks, Netflix, Pixar and Lucasfilm.
- Organisers will position the artworks at landmarks including M Shed harbour, Underfall Yard and aboard the Pyronaut fire boat before the public launch.
- An official Gromit Unleashed 3 app and a printed map will be available from June 30 to help visitors track locations, unlock rewards and access sculpture details.
- All 53 sculptures will go to auction in October to benefit The Grand Appeal, extending a fundraising legacy that has raised more than £20 million since 2013.
