Overview

• Troopers responded around 2:09 a.m. Monday to reports of a shot fired on eastbound I-64 near the Norview Avenue on-ramp in Norfolk.
• Virginia State Police say a black Infiniti accelerated behind a red sedan, the sedan changed lanes, a verbal exchange followed, and one round was fired at the sedan.
• No injuries were reported, and the driver who reported the incident had pulled onto the right shoulder.
