State Police ID Wrong-Way Driver Killed in I-90 Head-On Near Utica

• Authorities identified the deceased driver as Quinntin Walker, 35, of Ithaca, who died at the scene near Exit 32.
• The collision happened shortly after 2:25 a.m. when a 2018 Jeep traveling east in the westbound lanes struck a 2018 Ford F-250 head-on.
• The Ford’s driver, Mark Jean, 47, of Fulton, was airlifted to Upstate University Hospital and is in a medically induced coma.
