Based on May Cobb's novel, the series follows Sophie O'Neill's life consumed by obsession, seduction, and murder after moving to East Texas.
Production for 'The Hunting Wives' has started in Charlotte, North Carolina, with Rebecca Cutter serving as writer, showrunner, and executive producer.
Characters include a proud working-class mother, a powerhouse wife of the sheriff, a mega church queen, and a boy with many secrets.
