Starling Marte ruled out for remainder of Mets' regular season

Starling Marte, Mets outfielder, placed on injured list in early August with right groin strain.
Marte was scheduled to play in simulated game but it was canceled due to weather.
Marte finishes 2022 season batting .248 with 5 home runs, 28 RBIs and 24 stolen bases over 86 games.
Marte has two years left on his four-year, $78 million contract with the Mets.
Mets will be without Marte for final week of regular season and any potential postseason games.
