Overview

• Kayla Marie Giltz, 31, was located unharmed Thursday morning with Jamie Triplett, 38, at the Perry Inn on Lincoln Way in Perry Township, according to Jackson Township police.
• Police had responded Wednesday evening to a report from Sunset Strip Avenue NW in Jackson Township that Giltz was taken at knifepoint against her will.
• A statewide Endangered Missing Adult Alert issued Wednesday was canceled Thursday morning before authorities announced she had been found safe.
• Triplett was arrested and booked into the Stark County Jail on charges of aggravated robbery, kidnapping, disrupting public service, and aggravated menacing.
• During the initial search, authorities said the two were last seen entering a gray 2021 Hyundai Venue with Ohio license plate KBV3314.
