Overview

• Four new Frappuccino ‘Strato’ flavors—Salted Caramel Mocha, Strawberry Matcha, Brown Sugar and the Fourth of July–themed Firework Frappuccino—launch on July 1.
• The Firework Frappuccino will be available only through July 7 and features a Summer-Berry Refresher base layered with fruit purees, pearls and cold foam.
• Each blended drink is topped with the brand’s cold foam and designed to showcase distinct visible layers of flavor.
• These offerings build on the summer menu introduced in May, which added the Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and a Strawberries & Cream Cake Pop.
• Despite CEO Brian Niccol’s push to simplify the menu, some baristas warn that the additional steps for layered Frappuccinos could slow down service.
