  • Starbucks now charges a flat fee of 80 cents for any combination of sauces or syrups on unflavored drinks.
  • Adding a scoop of matcha powder costs $1 while dried fruit is priced at 50 cents per serving.
  • Classic syrup is now complimentary in any beverage and sauce or syrup substitutions in pre-flavored drinks incur no extra charge.
  • A limited customer test of the Starbucks app will show pricing updates instantly as orders are customized.
