Overview

  • Starting in October, corporate staff at Seattle and Toronto support centers and North America regional offices must be onsite Monday through Thursday.
  • All support center people leaders are now required to relocate to Seattle or Toronto within the next 12 months.
  • Employees unwilling to comply with the four-day office requirement can accept a one-time voluntary exit payment.
  • The measures form part of Niccol’s broader effort to reverse U.S. sales declines and strengthen company culture under his turnaround strategy.
  • The announcement follows earlier changes this year, including a three-day office mandate and 1,100 corporate job cuts to streamline operations.
