Overview

  • It is available in U.S. stores from July 1 to July 7 while supplies last.
  • The Frappuccino layers raspberry, blueberry and blackberry notes blended with coconut milk, popping raspberry pearls, strawberry purée and a topping of vanilla sweet cream cold foam.
  • Amanda Conaway, a Starbucks product manager, describes the beverage as “a summer vacation in a cup” and says its textured layers were inspired by fireworks.
  • Starbucks plans three additional Strato Frappuccinos—Salted Caramel Mocha, Strawberry Matcha and Brown Sugar—to follow later this month.
  • The July rollout is part of Starbucks’ strategy to drive summer engagement and celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Frappuccino line.
