Starbucks Brings Back Pumpkin Spice Latte and Debuts Expanded Fall Menu

The rollout signals a push to extend fall sales through new drinks, grocery ready-to-drink items, celebrity marketing.

Overview

  • Starbucks launched its full 2026 fall menu, including the Pumpkin Spice Latte, in U.S. coffeehouses on Tuesday, Aug. 25.
  • The company added several new beverages this season, among them Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Spice Chai, Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha, Chaider, and two banana-bread–inspired iced drinks.
  • Returning items include the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino and a pecan lineup made up of the Pecan Cortado, Iced Pecan Crunch Latte and Pecan Crunch Latte.
  • Starbucks is supporting the launch with a PSL Society merchandise collection, grocery and ready-to-drink pumpkin products already on store shelves, and a promotional Instagram ad starring Martha Stewart and Belmont Cameli.
  • The early-season push follows competitors’ fall rollouts and aims to drive more store visits and at-home sales, a strategy that could lengthen Starbucks’ seasonal revenue window and change how customers buy fall flavors.
