Starbucks Adds Cortados and Spicy Falafel Pocket to Winter Menu

Starbucks is launching its winter menu on Friday, January 3, featuring the addition of cortados to its permanent lineup for the first time.
The cortado, a Spanish espresso drink, is available in two versions: a classic cortado with steamed milk and a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado with cinnamon and brown sugar syrup.
The menu also includes returning seasonal favorites like the Pistachio Latte and Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, available for a limited time.
A new Spicy Falafel Pocket, a vegan wrap with falafel, hummus, and pickled onions, joins the permanent food offerings.
Starbucks has updated its matcha powder to an unsweetened version, allowing customers to customize sweetness levels with syrup.
