Stanford and Cal Join ACC, Announce 2024-25 Women’s Basketball Schedule

The move from the Pac-12 to the ACC marks a significant shift for both teams, promising intense matchups and strategic plays.

Stanford and Cal women’s basketball teams will play each other twice in addition to eight road and eight home games in their first ACC season starting 2024-25.
The transition to the ACC on July 1 will see both teams facing top 25 teams including NC State, North Carolina, and Florida State.
Travel partners Stanford and Cal will host and travel to a lineup of teams, including Pittsburgh, Florida State, Miami, and more, with schedules inverting for 2025-26.
The top 15 teams in the ACC will compete in the conference tournament from March 5-9, 2025, in Greensboro, N.C.
This marks Stanford’s first conference change since 1985-86, leaving the Pac-12 with 27 regular season titles.
