• Stan’s multi-year extension with Sony Pictures Television secures first-run rights to three new scripted dramas: Outlander: Blood of My Blood, The Miniature Wife and American Hostage.
• The Outlander prequel starring Hermione Corfield and Jeremy Irvine will premiere exclusively on Stan on August 9.
• The deal renews streaming rights for Sony library series including Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, The Good Doctor, The Nanny, Dawson’s Creek, S.W.A.T. and The Goldbergs.
• Stan retains film streaming rights to Sony hits such as Spider-Man: No Way Home, Ghostbusters: Afterlife and Frozen Empire, Where the Crawdads Sing and Anyone But You.
• Amanda Laing said the partnership will ensure continued access to premium global content and reinforce Stan’s competitive edge against services like Netflix and Prime Video.
