Overview

• Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated the camps on August 2, marking rollout in all 38 districts after initial launches in Chennai and Nagapattinam.
• Each camp features specialists from over 15 departments offering on-site diagnostics—blood tests, ECG, X-ray, ultrasound and cancer screenings—at no cost.
• A state-level committee led by the Chief Secretary oversees implementation alongside district collectors, integrating bar-coded samples into Health Management Information Systems.
