Stage Collapse at Mexican Political Rally Kills 9, Injures Over 100

High winds caused the structure to fall during a campaign event for presidential candidate Jorge Álvarez Máynez in Nuevo León.

The collapse occurred in San Pedro Garza García, a city near Monterrey.
Among the deceased are eight adults and one child; 121 people were injured.
Many of the injured suffered skull fractures; three are in critical condition.
Authorities are providing support and covering funeral expenses for the victims' families.
Presidential candidate Álvarez Máynez has suspended his campaign events and is visiting victims.
