- Operators are confirmed for the Pilgrim Street site, with eight bars, street food outlets, competitive socialising and live entertainment across three floors.
- Pattersons will launch its first location outside the North West alongside The Cheesy Pig, ZZA Pizzeria, Bao Down, Acropolis, Brack Burger, We Are Melt and La Cocina Mexicano.
- One external unit has been taken by Patrick Forster Barbers, expanding from High Bridge Street with plans to add services such as traditional shaving.
- A dedicated Sideshow floor will feature interactive darts, shuffleboard and private karaoke booths, echoing a format already popular at STACK Lincoln.
- Finishing works are under way ahead of a November 2025 opening, marking STACK’s expanded return to the city following the original site’s 2022 closure and the St James’ opening in 2024.
