Overview
- Minneapolis Airport Police flagged a parcel that tested positive for methamphetamine and was addressed to “Kay Wilson” at a Woodbury residence.
- Washington County detectives conducted a controlled delivery using a repackaged box and surveilled as Jamond Leroy Glass retrieved it and took it inside.
- Investigators executing a search warrant recovered about 9.8 pounds of suspected meth, 1.68 pounds of suspected fentanyl, 10.5 grams of cocaine and two handguns with ammunition.
- Glass, 34, was charged on Oct. 13 with first-degree possession, posted $50,000 bond and is scheduled for an omnibus hearing on Dec. 1.
- The St. Paul Police Department said the civilian employee from its non-fatal shooting unit has been terminated as the criminal investigation continues.
