SSP America Wins JFK T5 Concessions Deal, Bringing Mister Paradise and New York Brands

Overview

• SSP America has been awarded rights to operate more than 10 food and beverage units in JetBlue’s Terminal 5 at JFK.
• The lineup includes the airport debut of East Village cocktail bar Mister Paradise alongside Gotham Burger Social Club, Threes Brewing, Tiki Chick, Birch Coffee, Blind Barber, Juice Press, Dunkin’ and Shake Shack.
• Selected concessions will start opening in 2025, with the Terminal 5 refresh slated for completion by the end of 2026.
• Upon completion, the project will feature over 40 new concessions plus a redesigned central concourse inspired by New York’s parks with art installations and upgraded amenities.
• Fraport USA operates Terminal 5, and the expansion builds on SSP America’s partnership as part of JFK’s $19 billion redevelopment financed mostly by private capital.
