- SSI benefits for November will be deposited on Thursday, Oct. 31, one business day early because Nov. 1 falls on a weekend.
- Retirement, spousal and survivor benefits will be paid on Nov. 12, 19, and 26, based on birthdays on the 1–10th, 11–20th, and 21–31st, respectively.
- For 2025, maximum SSI payments are $967 for an individual and $1,450 for a couple, with a 2.8% COLA lifting those to $994 and $1,491 in January 2026.
- Federal benefit delivery has shifted to electronic payments under a Sept. 30 mandate, and fewer than 1% of recipients still receive paper checks.
