• Of 3,94,121 provisionally shortlisted for PET/PST, 2,59,359 appeared; 1,26,736 qualified and 1,32,578 did not, while 1,34,762 were marked absent.
• The official PDFs on ssc.gov.in provide category-wise breakups along with the marks and date of birth of the last shortlisted candidates.
• Shortlisting reflects Computer Based Examination performance with provisional NCC bonus marks applied where eligible.
• Ties in normalised CBT scores are resolved by Part-A marks, then Part-B, followed by older date of birth and finally alphabetical order of names.
• SSC notes some results are withheld for scrutiny and a small number marked temporarily unfit, and domicile verification during DV may determine consideration for All-India or State/UT vacancies.
