Overview
- SSC named 4,841 men and 455 women as provisionally selected for SI posts in Delhi Police and CAPFs after document and medical checks against 4,137 vacancies.
- Results have been withheld for 61 women and 394 other candidates, another 120 cases remain on hold, 30 candidates were debarred for unfair means, and the final outcome is subject to WP No. 40316/2025 before the High Court at Gwalior.
- A total of 22,244 candidates were shortlisted for the Detailed Medical Examination conducted September 15–27, 2025, with DV/DME administered by CAPFs.
- The Head Constable (Ministerial) application window closed October 20, fee payment is due October 21, corrections run October 27–29, and the CBT is slated for December 2025 or January 2026 for 509 posts.
- In a separate drive, SSC extended the Delhi Police Constable (Executive) registration deadline to October 31, 2025 for 7,565 vacancies, with a Rs 100 fee and standard exemptions for eligible categories.
