Overview

  • Under an August 2 notification on ssc.gov.in, the Staff Selection Commission activated its Disclosure Scheme for non-recommended candidates effective from results declared since November 2024.
  • Eligible candidates can opt in at the application stage to share name, family details, date of birth, category, gender, educational qualifications, total marks, merit ranking, address and email.
  • Disclosed data will be hosted on the SSC website for one year and cover up to twice the number of vacancies per exam while excluding Selection Post Examinations.
  • Participating candidates must preserve their application forms and exam documents for three years to facilitate potential contact by PSUs, autonomous bodies and other recruiting agencies.
  • The initiative follows Government of India guidelines to build a public talent repository and expand recruitment opportunities for narrowly unsuccessful applicants.
