SSC Closes Answer-Key Objection Window as GD CBE Result Is Awaited
The commission will review submitted challenges to finalise the answer key before publishing scorecards and the shortlist for physical tests.
Overview
- SSC released the provisional answer key on June 15, and the online objection window with a ₹50 fee per question closes on June 20.
- The commission will examine all challenges before issuing a final answer key, after which it will publish results, scorecards, cut-offs and shortlisted lists.
- Some press trackers expect results as early as late June or in July–August, but SSC has not given any official publication date.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for PET and PST run by the CRPF, then for detailed medical exams and document verification, with final merit and force allotment based on normalised marks, NCC bonus where applicable, reservation rules and force preference.
- Candidates should use ssc.gov.in for authoritative PDFs because aggregator sites may post quicker alerts but can link to unofficial pages; keep registration details and original documents ready for the next rounds.
