Overview

• The Staff Selection Commission will close the online portal at 11 PM on July 4 for candidates seeking Group B and C posts across central ministries.
• General and OBC applicants must pay a ₹100 registration fee by 11 PM on July 5; women, SC, ST, PwBD and eligible ex-servicemen are exempt.
• A correction facility opens from July 9 to July 11, allowing candidates to revise submitted application details.
• Tier I of the CGL exam is provisionally scheduled for August 13–30, with Tier II likely to be held in December 2025.
• All applications and fee payments must be processed via the SSC portal at ssc.gov.in using BHIM UPI, net banking or debit cards.
