Overview

  • Shree Amrit Society in Bandra selected the listed developer in June 2025 for a sea-facing redevelopment on collector’s leasehold land spanning about 4,000 sq metres across three wings.
  • Apartments are expected to be marketed near ₹1.5 lakh per sq ft, with the overall topline projected in the ₹1,500–2,000 crore range, according to reporting.
  • Existing members are slated to receive roughly 45% of the constructed area as rehabilitation, translating to an estimated 155% increase in individual flat sizes.
  • Construction is expected to take three to four years after residents vacate, with sale units likely configured as 4 and 5 BHKs subject to final plans.
  • Shah Rukh Khan, who owns a flat in the society, is reported to receive an approximately 2,800 sq ft 4BHK by around 2027 while his Mannat bungalow is under renovation.
