Sri Lotus Developers Sets July 30 IPO to Raise ₹792 Crore at ₹140–150 a Share

₹550 crore will bankroll luxury redevelopment projects in three subsidiaries across Mumbai’s western suburbs.

  • The IPO’s subscription window opens on July 30 and closes on August 1 after an anchor round on July 29, with shares set to list on BSE and NSE on August 6.
  • Sri Lotus is offering 5.28 crore fresh equity shares at ₹140–150 apiece with a lot size of 100 shares to raise ₹792 crore.
  • ₹550 crore of the proceeds will fund ongoing luxury projects Amalfi, The Arcadian and Varun through subsidiaries Richfeel Real Estate, Dhyan Projects and Tryksha Real Estate.
  • The offering follows a December private placement backed by Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and investors Ashish Kacholia and Jagdish Master.
  • The Mumbai-based developer posted ₹549.6 crore in revenue and ₹227.8 crore in net profit for FY25 while focusing on ultra-luxury redevelopment across 0.93 million sq ft.
