• The game launches on December 4, 2025 for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.
• Physical editions for Switch and Switch 2 are available to pre-order now while digital pre-orders will open closer to launch.
• Octopath Traveler 0 marks the series’ first true prequel, centering on a restoration narrative that begins after the player’s hometown is destroyed by fire.
• For the first time in the franchise, players can customize their protagonist’s appearance, body type and starting skills before setting out on their journey.
• The entry retains HD-2D graphics, Path Actions and the Break and Boost battle system while adding town-building, over 30 recruitable party members and eight-character combat.
