Overview
- The sale went live Monday and includes more than 90 Square Enix games on both Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 with discounts up to 85 percent.
- Several titles have hit record-low prices, including Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth for $7.49 and Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade for $7.99 on Switch 2.
- Coverage from outlets has published full, platform-specific price lists so buyers can compare Switch and Switch 2 versions and see which editions include extras like Intergrade’s Episode Yuffie.
- Reviewers note Switch 2 ports generally run and play well but show compromises such as asset pop-in, lower-resolution moments, and occasional frame or visual issues on open-world or high-detail scenes.
- Reports disagree on the sale end date — some outlets say Nov. 5 while others list Nov. 17 — so consumers should check the Nintendo eShop for the authoritative timeframe and regional availability.
