Spurs Sign Kyle Mangas to Two-Way Deal, Waive Riley Minix

The undrafted guard earned the slot after a strong start with Austin in the G League.

The transaction was recorded on NBA.com after San Antonio finalized a two-way contract with the 6-foot-4 guard.
To open the spot, the Spurs waived two-way forward Riley Minix, who is currently dealing with an undisclosed injury.
With Austin, Mangas averaged 18.5 points, 5.0 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 10 games on .500/.411/.727 shooting.
The Indiana Wesleyan alum went undrafted in 2021, signed multiple Exhibit 10 deals, played in the Czech Republic, Lithuania and Canada, and has yet to appear in an NBA game.
Mangas joins David Jones Garcia and Harrison Ingram as San Antonio’s two-way players and is eligible to be active for up to 35 NBA games.
