- The recall covers Lot No. 025255 of the 2.1-ounce Mint Leaf Date-sweetened bar sold online and at select retailers nationwide since Sept. 15, 2025.
- Affected bars come in teal packaging with the lot code printed on the back of the box and the inner flow wrap.
- Consumers are instructed to throw away the product and request a refund by emailing recalls@springandmulberry.com with a photo of the lot code.
- The FDA posted the voluntary recall notice on Jan. 12 after routine independent laboratory testing indicated potential contamination.
- No illnesses have been reported, though Salmonella can cause severe illness in young children, older adults and people with weakened immune systems.
