Spring Branch ISD Probes Alleged Doxxing Tied to TPUSA Club Effort at Stratford High

The district police say they are gathering evidence on a Facebook post urging emails to teachers that referenced students’ private chat.

Overview

  • Parent and Spring Valley Democrats vice president Nathalie Herpin posted in the private Be the Change SBISD Facebook group, urging members to email two teachers rumored to sponsor a Club America (TPUSA) chapter at Stratford High School.
  • Herpin’s post cited material from a private student GroupMe and identified alleged sponsors, with names later redacted in screenshots shared publicly.
  • Moms for Liberty–Harris County and Turning Point USA accused adults of doxxing and intimidating students and teacher-sponsors, with TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet alleging infiltration of student chats.
  • Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said his office will review the messages for potential legal violations, and other public figures condemned the behavior.
  • Spring Branch ISD Police announced an active investigation and said charges could follow if laws were broken, while an attorney for the woman accused of posting the information said she denies doxxing and criminal conduct.
