Overview

• Sharing a Spotify track to Instagram Stories now automatically includes a short audio snippet that plays inside the Story.
• Viewers can tap the music sticker to open the full song in Spotify, while the title leads to Instagram’s audio page with related Reels and a save option for Liked Songs.
• Instagram Notes can be set to auto-update with the song currently playing on Spotify or the next track within about 30 minutes.
• Spotify added a direct share-to-Notes option so users can post any track from the app, and friends can reply or save the song to their library.
• Meta is also rolling out a tool for creators to link Reels in a series, as Spotify pushes new features and has recently increased subscription prices globally.
