Spire Motorsports acquires Kyle Busch Motorsports, expands operations

Spire Motorsports is purchasing Kyle Busch Motorsports from NASCAR driver Kyle Busch.
The deal allows Spire to relocate to KBM's larger facility in Mooresville, North Carolina.
Spire aims to better manage its expanding Cup Series team and new Truck Series program.
KBM has achieved major success in NASCAR's Truck Series, winning 100 races and nine championships.
The sale does not impact Busch's status with his new Cup Series team, Richard Childress Racing.
