Overview

• All branches, phone lines, email support, online banking and ATMs will be offline from July 24 at 17:00 until July 28 at 09:00 for an IT system upgrade.
• More than 700,000 customers across Baden-Württemberg will be affected by the service blackout.
• The bank advises customers to withdraw sufficient cash in advance and use free ATM withdrawals at Cashpool partner banks.
• Sparda Debit Mastercard holders can make two free cash withdrawals per month at other banks’ ATMs, while credit cards remain available for fee-based withdrawals and payments.
• On July 28, the new Zukunfts-Banking platform goes live and customers should expect longer wait times for phone and in-branch support.
