  • February 2025 saw a 13.9% year-on-year increase in home sales, reaching 59,682 transactions, the highest for the month since 2007.
  • New home purchases rose by 21.5% and used home transactions grew by 11.8% compared to February 2024.
  • Free-market housing dominated sales, accounting for 93.3% of transactions, while protected housing made up 6.7%.
  • Murcia recorded a 12.4% increase in sales, continuing six months of consecutive growth, while Navarra saw a 26.7% decline, the only regional drop.
  • The overall property market, including urban and rural properties, also grew, with total transfers rising 6.2% year-on-year to 201,723 in February.
