- The CGPJ’s statistics service published official Q2 2025 data on October 15 covering April through June.
- Courts executed 6,960 evictions nationwide, an 11.3% year-on-year decline, with Catalonia recording 1,910 cases followed by Andalusia (1,090), Valencia (806) and Madrid (707).
- Mortgage foreclosures rose 75.8% to 9,640 across Spain, led by Catalonia with 3,102 cases (+176.5%), Andalusia with 1,896 (+53.2%) and Valencia with 1,098 (+27.4%).
- Euskadi registered 273 evictions, up 86.9% from a year earlier, driven mainly by rent nonpayment under LAU procedures (203 cases) with 62 tied to foreclosures.
- Company insolvency filings increased 18.9% nationally to 18,106, while Castilla y León posted a 21.1% rise in concursos and a 30.9% drop in evictions to 233, and Extremadura logged a 9.2% increase in dismissal claims to 606.
