Overview
- The pilot allocates 67 homes to Vigo, 67 to the DANA-affected area in Valencia, and 37 to Mieres.
- Rents are set at €8.8 per square metre, about 35% below market levels.
- Eligibility will target households between 2.5 and 7.5 times the IPREM, up to €60,000 a year, excluding current homeowners, with allocation via a public draw.
- Lease terms start at 14 years and can extend through automatic seven-year renewals to a maximum of 75 years if conditions are met.
- Because the application portal is still in development for 2026, the pilot’s rules and property details will be published on the Casa 47 website before Christmas with an online form for requests.
