• Officers from the National Police’s Grupo Operativo de Respuesta heard bystanders’ calls and secured fire brigade support through the Sala CIMACC-091 dispatch system
• Responders requested an auxiliary rope from building personnel after discovering the lifeline was too taut for direct ascent
• A human chain of police, firefighters and building staff used the rope to pull the worker to safety without injury
• Authorities have closed the incident after the worker declined medical assistance and the police released an official communiqué on the joint operation
