Overview
- The third edition runs from October 30 to November 23, with winners to be announced at the December 1 final.
- Finalists will be determined by a combined score from public ratings at www.lamejorpizza.es and professional inspections.
- Inspectors will assess dough quality, ingredient combinations and overall flavor during visits to participating restaurants.
- The Basque Country fields five entrants, including Bilbao’s Coppola&Solomonk and Pizzería Formaggi, Vitoria’s Pizzería Ezaro and Dottor Pizza, and Jaleo in San Sebastián as Gipuzkoa’s sole representative.
- Castilla y León enters nine pizzerias across the region, while Navarre’s roster includes Pizzería Yamona in Castejón and three Pamplona spots: Margarita Malapata, Pizzería Pulcinella and Tutti Ricchi.
