Overview

- Population structure is shifting: in Catalunya, 46.9% of residents aged 25–39 were born abroad, under‑15s fell below 13% of the total, and those 65+ reached 19.9%.
- Galicia reached 2,726,314 residents, with 187,767 foreign nationals (6.9%), while Spain overall counts 42.31 million with Spanish nationality and 7.13 million foreign; Q3 inflows were led by Colombians, returning Spaniards, Moroccans and Venezuelans.
