  • The AEAT and Madrid City Council have provided telephone assistance since April 29 and began in-person support on May 29 through municipal offices, with priority service for seniors.
  • The Agencia Tributaria Valenciana is operating 68 in-person points from May 29 to June 27, including a new Paiporta office dedicated to victims of the October 29 flood.
  • Citizens can schedule, modify or cancel up to two appointments per filer via the AEAT website, mobile app or designated phone lines before the June 27 deadline.
  • Assistance is available for returns meeting AEAT criteria—employment income under €80,000, investment income under €20,000 and no more than two rental properties—while complex business or multiple asset transactions are excluded.
  • The campaign introduces full deductions on flood repair costs up to €2,000, extended credits for energy-efficiency works and electric vehicles, rental income reductions and new Bizum payment options.
