Overview

• Applications opened on June 16 and will remain accepted through October 31, 2025.
• Young people born in 2007 who are Spanish nationals, legal residents, asylum seekers, temporary displaced persons or former foster children are eligible.
• Applicants must register online and verify their identity via Cl@ve basic, Cl@ve advanced or a digital certificate before submitting their request.
• Beneficiaries will receive a prepaid card loaded with €400, divided into €100 for physical products, €100 for digital media and €200 for performing arts.
• Funded with €170 million from the General State Budget, the scheme has grown from 277,607 recipients in 2022 to 334,435 in 2024.
