  • Platja d’Aro has enacted a bylaw prohibiting explicit clothing at public gatherings with penalties up to €1,500
  • Majorca hotspots including Llucmajor, Palma and Magaluf now ban alcohol sales from 9:30 pm to 8 am and restrict happy hours
  • Organising unauthorised music gatherings or erecting unpermitted tents can incur fines up to €750 and €3,000 respectively, while smoking on many beaches carries a €450 penalty
