Overview
- Aemet removed the red warning for northern Catalonia on July 24 but continues amber and yellow advisories across Barcelona, Girona and Tarragona for heavy rain and thunderstorms.

 - Strong trade wind gusts are forecast in the Canary Islands, posing hazards for maritime traffic, coastal areas.
 - Meteorologists expect maximum temperatures to plunge sharply in parts of the Balearic Islands, the eastern mainland, the southeastern peninsula.
