• RTVE selected Pinillos on July 23 through a three-phase internal process from 270 candidates.
• Pinillos brings extensive musical theatre experience, with roles in School of Rock, Los chicos del coro and Oliver Twist.
• The broadcaster will commission and record a bespoke entry song and official video in September.
• Pinillos has begun vocal and stage training and will participate in pre-contest rehearsals ahead of the competition.
• The contest, set for December 13 in Tbilisi, Georgia, follows Spain’s strong Junior Eurovision record, including a sixth-place finish in 2024.
